About me and my therapy practice

If you would like to make an enquiry I am happy to have a brief conversation on the telephone at a mutually convenient time.

I am a professionally qualified Psychotherapist/Counsellor and am registered with BACP and UKCP.

It can be very daunting finding the right therapist so do not hesitate to be in touch for an informal conversation.

Practice description

In entering a therapeutic relationship with me, you will be welcomed into a safe space where you can be free to speak about what is troubling you and be guided into gaining some understanding into the causes. Often we can't see the wood for the trees and I can read what you bring to the sessions through your words and communications and help to translate them into language that may make more sense about what is ailing you.

Often, what is not conscious in us, can play a huge part on our emotions and behaviour. My role is to enable you to gain more insight into your unconscious and reduce its control.
