About me and my therapy practice
If you are looking for a therapist, you are probably already on the cusp of something.
I began my training as a Person-Centred Therapist in 2014 and I am currently in advanced clinical training and working towards UKCP accreditation in Gestalt Psychotherapy.
I believe that we are all continually changing and doing the best we can to survive, but often we can feel stuck in old patterns that are of no use to us now. or just seem to get in the way of our growth.
We can be too hard on ourselves or become stuck in vicious circles. Sometimes we just need someone who we can trust to take us seriously.
I will work alongside you so that we can both become interested in YOU and build awareness of how you relate to yourself and others. I find that there is hope in an open mind. I will help you develop a genuine curiosity with yourself.
With better awareness of how we move in the world we have the potential to make better choices.
I believe in spontaneity and creativity.
I think it can be really hard to make a decision on choosing the right therapist, so I think our first meeting is a chance for us to work out whether we can work together and whether I can be the best support for you. I work in the city centre of Glasgow on a Wednesday and can provide online sessions on a Friday.
