I work in-person in central Bath on Wednesday afternoons / early evening. At other times I am available to work online.
About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes we find ourselves struggling emotionally and need somewhere to talk it through where we won't feel that we are too much to bear or that we are being judged. I work collaboratively without judgement to learn what is troubling you, help you unburden yourself, make new connections and experiment with creative possibilities for change.
With traumatic experiences, it can be hard to know how to or even feel safe enough to start; I have experience guiding clients to gently explore these painful areas.
I am available for in-person work in central Bath on Wednesdays.
On other days I work remotely online or by phone.
My first session
When you contact me we will arrange for a brief exploratory call. This will give you a chance to introduce what has brought you to counselling and for us to get a sense of whether I am the right person to meet your needs. If we decide to work together, we will meet weekly at the same time for 50 minute appointments.
