I focus on helping clients become self-empowered through self-awareness. Sometimes we need assistance to discover hidden parts of ourselves. We may want guidance to work out the underlying causes of the issues we are struggling with and to understand the meaning we give to our life events. I will assist you in exploring the motives behind behaviours, unhelpful thought patterns, and overwhelming feelings.

I am a qualified Counsellor, as well as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. Therefore, I have a wide range of methods to help my clients. We can work from a counselling perspective only, or if you choose, we can also use hypnotherapy to help you reach the information in your subconscious mind. Additionally from seeing clients face to face, I have worked with clients online for a few years, so I'm very experienced in online therapy.
I am also a qualified NLP and EFT Practitioner.

I have a holistic approach to counselling with an emphasis on working at several levels: the conscious mind, the subconscious mind (that drives up to 70% of your behaviour) and the emotions. I believe working on one of these areas without addressing the others doesn't have long-lasting results. In order to heal and move forward in life, all of the aspects of the self have to be addressed.
I regularly see in my clients how their minds say one thing and their hearts generally feel another. For example, their thoughts say they should not feel fear, yet they feel it, so they become stressed and confused. In my sessions, I help clients to create alignment between their hearts and their minds, so anxiety levels can reduce and self- confidence can increase.
We will also be addressing the thoughts and patterns that have been created at a conscious and subconscious level so we can find freedom from unhealthy situations that bring us pain and suffering.
Learning about self-love is also an important part of the therapeutic work I do, as many of our issues come from a lack of self-esteem.
My first session
First, we will have a free initial consultation lasting between 30-45 minutes. This brief session carries no obligation to book further appointments. Here you will find a space to share what is going on within you and to assess if I'm the right therapist for you. If this session is successful, we will book your first session.
On the first session, we will start going deep into the issues and emotions that are bothering you. If necessary, we will work with specific techniques to help you ease your anxiety levels or any emotion of distress that you might be struggling with.
