About me and my therapy practice
Throughout life we all encounter challenging situations and can feel stuck or uncertain about moving forward. Seeking support and taking time out for ourselves is often the most difficult decision to make but it can be the most worthwhile.
Through my practice I provide a safe, non-judgemental and empathetic environment in which you can confidentially share and explore the challenges you are experiencing, allowing you to grow and move forward in a positive way.
I specialise in supporting people through grief and loss which may be associated with a bereavement or change of circumstances in life. However, I also support people experiencing a range of challenges including trauma, abuse, anxiety, self-harm, low self-esteem and stress.
I offer both short and long-term counselling to young people and adults (11years+) and am available for appointments at the Melton Wellness House in Melton Mowbray on a Monday.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch for more information if you or someone you know needs support.
