About me and my therapy practice
As an integrated counsellor, I use a range of therapeutic approaches, including person-centred counselling, emotion-focused therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.
For the time being, I see clients online. I am able to provide counselling in English and Turkish.
With a Ph.D. in mental health counselling, I have over 15 years’ experience as a mental health practitioner, counsellor educator and researcher.
I can help you to manage your emotions effectively, cope with stress and depression, work on self-confidence, build resilience, improve the quality of relationships and deal with periods of transition.
My first session
During the initial session, I will talk you through the counselling process, answer any questions and give you the opportunity to talk to me about the topics you would like to discuss in your sessions.
