About me and my therapy practice
I offer in-person sessions in Bourne, which is within easy reach of Market Deeping, Peterborough, Spalding, Crowland and Stamford. I also offer online sessions nationwide via Zoom.
Sometimes experiences or challenges from the past can unexpectedly resurface and affect your life in the present; or current circumstances may have left you with a mix of emotions which are impacting your overall sense of wellbeing.
If you are feeling low, anxious, angry, overwhelmed, or just unsure of how to move forward, counselling can help.
Whether your challenges stem from relationship issues, childhood experiences, work-related stress, health concerns, or other life events, we will work together to help you find a renewed sense of balance, resilience, and wellbeing.
Counselling provides a safe, confidential, and supportive space where you can explore the difficulties you are facing—or have faced—with a qualified professional. Together, we will work at your pace to better understand your experiences, develop greater self-awareness, and support you in moving towards positive and lasting change.
I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and a Rewind Trauma Therapy practitioner. I have experience within the charity sector as an Emotional Support Lead and as an integrative therapist I use my training and expertise as a qualified professional to offer holistic support.
In a counselling session you will find the space and opportunity to talk through the difficult situations you are facing, or have faced, in a confidential environment with a qualified professional.
Qualifications: MA (Therapeutic Counselling and Psychotherapy), BSc. Psychology (hons.), Diploma in Counselling Supervision (Stages 1 & 2), Diploma in Humanistic Counselling.
