Why you might be thinking of counselling..
It’s very natural to feel worried, down, confused and frustrated at some time in our lives, most of us do. The stresses of modern life can simply become too much. When unhelpful thoughts, feelings and behaviours start to affect your life and relationships, it may be time to consider getting help to make sense of what’s going on. I will help you to gain the insight and clarity to find a positive way forward.
My focus is relationships..
My interest is relationships; whether with ourselves, a partner/spouse, our parents or children.
I often work with couples and individuals who are experiencing relationship issues and who may be facing difficult decisions about the future. I also help clients through the process of moving on from separation or divorce including navigating the often daunting process of dating and forming new relationships after the end of a long relationship.
Relationship satisfaction has a profound effect on our wellbeing and ability to flourish in life. I use a combination of tailored therapeutic approaches to help you find ways to overcome relationship challenges.
