Sometimes life can hurl difficulties our way and it can leave us feeling depleted, confused and detached. Therapy can help to restore and reconnect by helping us to explore and gain insight.

I offer you a space that is confidential for you to share and explore your concerns.The therapeutic process provides you with the security that you no longer have to struggle on by yourself.

I am a fully qualified, registered, experienced counsellor and psychotherapist with a broad range of experience . I am available to help with most concerns and have a particular interest in women’s health and well-being.

Qualifications :  

M.Sc. in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from Birkbeck College, University of London

B.Sc.(Hons) Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of East London.

Professional Memberships: Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), Registered member of British Psychoanlaytical Council (BPC) Birkbeck Counselling Association (BCA) and the Black and Asian Therapists Network (BAATN). Registered and Verified RSCPP Member and Peppy Health Member.

Fees:  Harrow: £65 -£75. I am also registered Provider for AXA PPP Healthcare and Vitality Health.

Practice description

I work with the conscious and unconscious aspects of feelings and behaviour, exploring thoughts and feelings. This way of working aids us to understand ourselves and others by making meaningful connections between the past and the present. It also aids us to understand and resolve what may be concerning/disturbing us.

My first session

Prior to starting any therapy, you and I would have an initial consultation to discuss your requirements. This would allow us to get to know each other better. The initial consultation lasts between 50 -60 minutes in duration.

As a professionally qualified and registered counsellor/ psychotherapist.  My experience is broad working in the NHS and the Charities in a psycho-therapeutic capacity for over seven years.  I have helped clients who face difficulties with anxiety, low mood, depression, medical illness, and phobias. I'm particularly experienced in working with fertility, infertility,  aging and life transitions. 

Qualifications: MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling & Psychotherapy from Birkbeck College, University of London.  B.Sc.(Hons) Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy from the School of Psychology at the University of East London.

Fees: Gosfield Street, London: £75.00 -£90.00.
