About me and my therapy practice

As a fully qualified and registered counsellor/ psychotherapist.  My experience is broad working in the NHS and the Charities in a psychotherapeutic capacity for over seven years.  I have helped clients who face difficulties with anxiety, low mood, depression, medical illness, and phobias. I'm particularly experienced in working with fertility, infertility,  aging and life transitions.  I work with both psychodynamic and integrative approaches. Psychodynamic therapy, explores the conscious and unconscious aspects of feelings and behaviour. This may aid us to understand ourselves and others by making meaningful connections between the past and the present. The therapeutic process provides you with the security that you no longer have to struggle on by yourself. I offer you a space that is safe and confidential to explore what is troubling you.

Qualifications-MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling & Psychotherapy from Birkbeck College, University of London.  B.Sc.(Hons) Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy from the School of Psychology at the University of East London.

  • What to expect - Prior to starting therapy, you and I would have an initial consultation. This would allow us to get to know each other better and give you a taste of therapy. Thereafter, you and I may decide to work together, preferably meeting on the same day and time each week. Taking the first step may feel difficult. I understand that and I am happy for us to talk on the phone to start with.

Fees: Museum Street, London: £70.00 -£90.00.
