About me and my therapy practice
Hello. Are you struggling at the moment? I am an experienced BACP Accredited Counsellor working with children, young people and adults. I offer a safe and confidential space in which you can explore any problems or issues troubling you.
I have had my own practice since 2005 and have experience of a wide range of issues. I have also specialised in two areas: As a School Counsellor; and working with different types of abuse, including in the sexual violence sector where I am qualified as as Independent Sexual Violence Advocate (ISVA).
Practice description
My practice is located in a safe and confidential environment between Princes Risborough and High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. There is ample parking space.
I mainly work in a person-centred way but I do also integrate other approaches when appropriate and helpful. Person-centred therapy is based on the philosophy that each human being has a unique value and the potential for psychological change, growth and increased personal fulfilment. My aim is to establish a safe 'therapeutic relationship' with you in order to help resolve whatever troubles you and work towards finding a better way forward in your life.
