About me and my therapy practice

I am a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist, registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC). I am a member of the British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF) and the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).

My experience includes, but is not limited to, the following areas: abuse, adoption, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, PTSD, sexuality.

I provide open-ended therapy between once and three times weekly. As a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist I help you to think about how past events may have had an impact on the difficulties you currently face, and may have created patterns of behaviour and thinking that you find unhelpful or frustrating.

Practice description

I currently work in private practice, and also have 10 years experience working for the NHS and in the voluntary sector.
