About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor working with a broad range of clients, individuals and couples alike. People often come to see me because they are feeling depressed or anxious for a variety of reasons. They might have been affected by life events or changes in circumstance, such as a bereavement, an illness, a relationship breakdown, the loss of a job or a difficult pregnancy. Others may be feeling stressed at work, or overwhelmed with caring responsibilities or simply "stuck" but not know why. When it comes to relationship difficulties, people sometimes choose to come to counselling with their partner so they may work through their issues together.
Right now, life may feel particularly difficult due to COVID-19. You may feel anxious about your health or that of a loved one. You may find yourself worrying about your job, your finances, your children's education or your family's future. These are normal thoughts and feelings to experience at a time like this, and I am available to help you through it via video or phone.
Whether you are experiencing one of these issues or another that’s not listed, or you simply want to talk to someone outside of your day-to-day life in order to gain a different perspective, my aim is to support you as best I can.
While I love working with people from all walks of life, I feel particularly well suited to working with those in the creative field, such as writers, producers and performing artists. My other area of special interest is in working on improving relationships, both with individual clients as well as with couples.
I am available to see clients face to face in Fulham Broadway, London SW6 Monday-Friday from 9:00 am-3:00 pm.
I am also available for Zoom, Skype or FaceTime video sessions as well as for phone sessions.
