About me and my therapy practice

I believe that we can create the life we would like, and therapy can help us to form what we'd like for ourselves.
I am Abi, and I work with people in a confidential one to one setting, to build a trusting relationship. I will listen and empathise so we can develop what you would like for yourself and your wider relationships, so you can take charge over your experience.
I've worked in the film and media industry for 20+ years and I enjoy working with creativity, intelligence and purpose. I am also a working mother, and have worked with both men and women on the challenges that separations, work/life balance and parenthood can bring us.
I bring my warmth, integrity and understanding to the work, with a commitment to holding a safe and boundaried space for you. If you have any questions about how I could work with you then please call or email me to arrange an initial, exploratory session.
