About me and my therapy practice
We can be prompted to seek help from a therapist for many different reasons. You may be struggling with an issue that you can’t seem to resolve alone, or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, or somehow stuck in life. Maybe you feel that there is something that is interfering with your ability to live a meaningful and rewarding life.
If this is the case for you, it could be helpful to explore how you are feeling with someone who is professionally trained. Together we can work to help you achieve a greater sense of peace in your life, a greater sense of personal freedom. Counselling with someone you can trust and feel comfortable with can be a real investment in yourself and your life, and it is within the strong and caring therapeutic relationship we build together that effective healing can take place. The way in which you experience your life is unique to you. I will honour your uniqueness and provide a warm and empathic space free of judgement where, together, we can explore whatever is troubling you.
