About me and my therapy practice
We all have times in our lives when we find it difficult to cope, causing us issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, feelings of emptiness, loneliness, anger and relationship problems. I offer a place to work out what is actually going for you, in a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space. Sometimes we are aware of issues that are causing our distress and sometimes not. Being able to work out exactly what is going on for each of us as an individual, can be the key to change.
I am a humanistic, integrative Counsellor which means that I believe you are the expert on yourself and work with you to get to where you want to be. I bring different approaches together to offer a tailor made therapy for you
I specialise in drug and alcohol misuse. I also specialise in domestic violence and abuse.
I offer a safe place to explore your individual needs and work with you to find the very best solutions to the specific issues that are hindering your life and help you live the fulfilling and rewarding life you deserve.
