About me and my therapy practice

Integrative Psychotherapist UKCP Registered, MBACP Accred.

I work in private practice in the Woking area with adults, providing individual psychotherapy and EMDR- usually medium to long term. I have twelve years experience of facilitating group psychotherpy and psycho-educational groups.

Twenty three years clinical practice. EMDR Part 3 qualified. Issues worked with include: depression, anxiety, abuse, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, life changes and difficulties arising from childhood experiences.

Psychotherapy offers the opportunity, within a supportive relationship, to explore a crisis or difficulties, which may result in changes in the way you feel, think and behave.

My practice is based on the belief that everyone has the capacity to develop their own potential and work towards living in a more satisfying way.

Previous clinical practice: The Priory Hospital (Chobham), NHS (GP surgeries), an addiction treatment centre and Kingston Women's Centre.
