About me and my therapy practice

Hello and thank you for viewing my profile. I understand how difficult it can be to try and find the right person to provide support.

Taking the first step to reach out can feel challenging, by starting a conversation here and now I can support you with this. Please get in contact and I can talk you through the next steps towards working together.

Take the time you need- Having a weekly space to explore and reflect can help to gain better understanding and feel more in control. How long we work together will be a on-going discussion between us. We will regularly review how counselling is benefiting you and ensure we are working towards any goals you may have.

As well as a range of counselling experience and qualifications I also have a background of working with clients who have ADHD, are Autistic or consider themselves on the neurodiverse spectrum, with or without a formal diagnosis.

My aim is to support people trying to better understand their own identity.

Practice description

I work with adults and young people aged over 11yrs old.

My qualifications include:

  • Counselling BA (Hons) (Greenwich University)
  • Neuroscience Masters- (King's College)Ongoing
  • British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy Accredited Humanistic Counselling Degree
  • Post Qualifying Children's and Adolescent Counselling Diploma (Iron Mill College)

Additional training I have undertaken has had a focus on: ADHD, Sleep, Gender and Sexuality, Creative Therapy Interventions and Autism.

My first session

Counselling for adults starts with a initial consultation lasting up to one hour, where we will discuss your wishes and I can gather some information from you. This costs £25 and allows you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Following this, we will find a regular day and time to book your sessions moving forwards. Sessions cost £45, with flexibility based on individual financial circumstances.

Sessions for Young People- For those under 18yrs I offer parents or guardians a free phone conversation, to gather some basic information, to discuss their needs and to answer any questions you may have.

During this conversation we will book their initial consultation lasting up to one hour, during which your child and I will discuss their wishes with a cost of £25. Following this, we will find a regular day and time to book your sessions moving forwards. Sessions cost £45, with flexibility based on individual financial circumstances.
