About me and my therapy practice
I am a person-centred counsellor working with individual adults. Working in this way I am able to help clients with a wide range of emotional difficulties, although I have a special interest in bereavement counselling.
Whether you have something specific on your mind, or whether you feel that something just doesn't feel right, counselling can help you make sense of the struggles and questions you may be experiencing.
As a person-centred counsellor, I work with the view that you are the expert on yourself, so I will always respect your thoughts and feelings and not be judged. My focus is always on you and your well-being and we work together, at your pace.

I work from my home, near Cowes, on the Isle of Wight, which means I am able to offer flexible appointment times to suit you. Sessions are currently taking place online, through Zoom video conferencing or over the telephone, whichever is more convenient to you.

My first session
I offer a 30-minute introductory meeting, which is free of charge, and this can take place online, via Zoom, or over the telephone whichever is more convenient for you. This gives you the opportunity to get to know me a little, and also for us both to assess whether I am able to offer you, the counselling that you are looking for, within my counselling practice.
