About me and my therapy practice
I look to provide a setting where people explore the reasons that brought them to therapy. My role is to support you to find the change you are seeking, as well as develop more resilience to tolerate the uncomfortable feelings that are part of life. Whether exploring short-term coping strategies or deeper reflective work, I adjust my approach to meet your needs.
The quality of the relationship between client and therapist is one of the most important factors in successful therapy. Therefore, I focus on building a strong connection with my clients, where honesty, integrity and empathy are the foundations of mutual trust and respect.
During sessions I support clients to explore their past and present, with an aim to help them to develop their awareness of themselves. I guide clients to find what they need to heal, grow and engage in a meaningful life.
Qualifications - I have an MSc. in Integrative Psychotherapy and have over 10 years experience working with clients.
Therapy sessions are weekly. I currently do not offer fortnightly sessions.
Sessions are face-to-face or online via Zoom. Phone therapy is also available.
My first session
I offer a free 30 minute introductory session to all potential clients.
This is an opportunity to discuss any questions you might have and the potential of working together.
Paid sessions are 50-minutes long.
