About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified, masters level (MA Psych, PGDipPsych) integrative psychotherapist, based in West and North-West London, specialising in person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural therapy.

You and I will work together in a warm, non-judgemental and confidential space.  Over time you will move away from conflict and suffering; and as you find greater understanding and meaning, you will make better choices.

I have a breadth of experience in supporting clients with working through uncomfortable and distressing feelings such as:

  • anxiety, social anxiety and panic attacks;
  • depression and feeling sad;
  • stress;
  • relationship problems and family issues;
  • grief and bereavement;
  • disordered eating;
  • sexuality and sexual concerns;
  • low self-esteem and self-confidence;
  • anger and communication issues;
  • addiction; and
  • phobias.

My approach is contemporary, client-centred and tailored to your individual needs. 

I work relationally and proactively, providing a non-judgemental space where you will be heard and understood.  The environment is collaborative, and I will offer insights and possible solutions to your dilemmas. 

Through talking therapy you will start to understand and process feelings which you, or those around you, might have ignored.  As you discover and articulate those feelings, your levels of emotional well-being will rise, your relationships with others will improve, and your professional potential will increase.

In taking the time to explore your unique self you will learn to trust your instincts, increase your self-awareness and reflexivity, and become more authentic, responsible and open to experience.
