About me and my therapy practice

I am a Psychological Therapist specialising in solution focused therapy. Focusing on positive change and personal growth such as developing confidence or healthy self-esteem, we will work strategically to move you towards your goals. 

Identity and self worth significantly foster a stronger sense of who you are and what you want which will help you to move forward with your life. 

Many life experiences, however simple or traumatic, often keep us stuck; we will explore and address what needs to be released, healed and developed in order to align you with your most authentic self and aligned life. 

My work is a complete integrated approach to mind/body/spirit wellness.

Practice description

With a particular interest in physiological responses to psychological conditions i.e. the mind/body connection, I utilise a range of therapeutic practices to address your specific needs: - Counselling, Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Energy work, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) also where relevant, Therapeutic Yoga and Somatic Movement to work with the body's responses to the emotional / psychological condition. 

I also use coaching interventions to identify your goals and implement actions to support much of the therapeutic process. This enables you to feel a real sense of progress in your journey.

Much of my work is forged with the consideration of our inner Parts - whether the inner / adapted child or adult seeking safety, certainty and reassurance.

I offer a challenging yet deeply encouraging and supportive space, where our relationship will be the heartbeat of the work we do. You'll develop a strong foundation on which to forge an authentic self and a stronger, more positive mindset.

I aim to create both a place and space for you to explore, grow and develop the real you!

My first session

After an initial 30 min Discovery call to explore your needs, you'll be invited to make an initial appointment. This will determine whether we are a good fit before progressing with the therapeutic process.

Initial paperwork including assessment documentation will be emailed out to you prior to your session to be completed and returned online. 

I ask for this to be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to your initial appointment along with BAC payments. This ensures that the time and space is held for the purposes of establishing a conversation as opposed to time and money on form filling and payment reminders! 

Please note - I do not accept cash unless by prior arrangement.

I am always encouraging of questions and uncertainty being discussed prior to you attending your session if needed.
