About me and my therapy practice
I can provide counselling, to individuals and couples, a space where you have an opportunity to think and talk about yourself and your concerns in a way that is different from talking with a loved one or friend. I understand that it is not always easy to talk about problems and to express your feelings, so I aim to bring warmth and empathy to enable you to talk about those things that bother you.
In today's ever changing world and the ways in which we communicate I am able to offer support to anyone who is feeling vulnerable to the Effects of Media Pressure, issues around Body Dissatisfaction and Social Phobia.
I am, also, a qualified supervisor and offer supervison to individuals and groups. Please feel free to contact me.
Thank you, Suzanne

About me and my therapy practice
My aim is to foster an environment where the supervisee is willing to be open with her/him self, have the ability to share their client work and the thoughts and actions around this. As our relationship grows the supervisee will have a readiness to be open and embrace suggestion which comes through our dialogue and an exchange of ideas.
Developing in ethical competence, confidence, compassion and creativity and to carry out the specific task that of working therapeutically with the client. I offer a time and space for the supervisee to equip her/himself with these necessary tools in an environment that is safe.
I offer consultative support, individually and in groups and I am happy to work with supervisees from all modalities, during training and post qualification. I am experienced in supervising trainee counsellors on placement undertaking Person Centred courses.
I trained with CASCADE Associates (established by Brigid Proctor and Francesca Inskipp) and am currently engaged in a supervision development group to further establish my understanding and skills in supervision.
