About me and my therapy practice

Whatever has brought you to look for a counsellor, I understand that this first step may feel daunting. Finding the right person that you can trust to confide in is so important. You many have something you have never spoken to anyone about, or you may have an issue at the moment you are struggling to work through. You might just feel like you are not okay and want to talk to someone about it. I am here to listen and work with you to find a way forward together.

Practice description

I am based in the Bournemouth/Poole area and offer sessions online, by telephone and walk & talk in various outside locations if you would like to meet in person.

Sessions are 50 minutes each and usually on the same day and time each a week.

My first session

It is important to find a counsellor you feel comfortable talking to, so I offer a free initial 30 minute appointment to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have about working with me. Please message or call me to arrange this.
