About me and my therapy practice
I believe that every individual has the ability to make change so that their world feels brighter, smoother and more meaningful. I work collaboratively with the client to support and empower them through challenging situations.
I am an accredited member of the BACP and have 20 experiences working with teenagers, adults, couples and groups.
I work in an integrative manner, which means using various theoretical frameworks for thinking about our work together.
My first session
Sessions are 50 mins for individuals and 60 mins for couples.
I suggest meeting once and then there is no obligation to continue if it doesn't feel right for you - the client is the one in control.
Covid19 - I am currently working over Zoom. This makes counselling an easier option for those who may feel overwhelmed to come in person.
