I offer online sessions on Monday evenings and Saturday Mornings. I also offer face to face sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
About me and my therapy practice
I am highly qualified & experienced psychotherapist who has an ability to provide relaxed & safe environment for a client to explore their issues. Being an integrative psychotherapist I use different therapeutic modalities e.g TA, CBT etc according to the needs of my clients. I have an extensive experience in helping with a wide range of areas including anxiety, depression, work related issue, trauma, bereavement etc. I can help you to be more self aware so that you can have more clarity about your needs, how to fulfil them and move on with your life. I offer evening, weekend appointments & also provide video counselling.
I have the ability to empathise with individuals whilst retaining an objective and realistic approach to their treatment. I have an experience working with people from all backgrounds and cultures. I speak english, marathi, hindi and urdu fluently and have good understanding of punjabi and gujrathi. My speciality is to work with trauma of sexual nature.
I believe each human being has a potential to heal them self with right kind of help. I believe therapeutic relationship depends on mutual respect and understanding. Therapy can help you to understand the source of your distress and confusion you may experience in life. If you are experiencing loneliness or feeling overwhelmed in life, therapy can be helpful.
I am an integrative psychotherapist. I also offer EMDR therapy. Being an integrative psychotherapist I can offer different modalities to my clients according to their needs and what stage of therapy they are in.

By offering safe and non judgemental space to explore the internal world of my clients, I help them to achieve best version of them self so they can heal themselves and achieve their full potential.
My first session
I offer no obligation assessment session as my first session. The session lasts for 50 min. In this session client gets to talk about the issues they are struggling with and also to see if I am the right therapist for them. I then explain them , what I can offer and the structure of the sessions. At the end of the session, we both ( Client and myself) decide how to move ahead and best options for the client.
