About me and my therapy practice
We are living in unprecedented times and it could be that you are experiencing a whole range of emotions, from feeling stressed and anxious to world weary. What would be helpful? Online counselling provides an opportunity to explore personal difficulty in a safe contained, confidential and supportive environment. This may include expressing feelings that are painful, and which many of us experience at certain times in our lives. Counselling can help you to gain clarity into how you are feeling, support you to manage uncertainty and enable you to bring about changes in your life. Or let go of what cannot be changed.
I am an experienced and compassionate counsellor who strongly believes counselling works when you are able to build a trusting relationship with your counsellor. It is important for you to feel heard and understood and that you can speak openly about your experiences without concern that you will be judged. We can find coping strategies that work for you.
