About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I'm Beth and I’m a trained counsellor.
I offer online counselling and psychotherapy to adults in short, medium and long-term basis. I also have experience working face-to-face with clients in London and Europe.
I offer a secure, confidential and non-judgemental relationship in which you can explore your feelings and their meanings whilst considering your life experiences.
My way of working is Person-Centred, meaning that the focus is on you and your unique experience of the world and of yourself. During our sessions you are invited to direct the content and pace of the counselling whilst I stay alongside you in anything you would like to address. My aim is to compassionately help you find ways of understanding your inner-world and of developing the tools needed for a more fulfilling and satisfying life and relationships.
I invite a collaborative approach in which we regularly review our work together in order to ensure you are getting the most of it.
My practice is informed by Attachment-based and Psychodynamic theories.
My practice is inclusive and welcoming to people of all ethnicities, nationalities, abilities, religious affiliations (or lack thereof), spiritual practices, political opinions, sexual orientation, gender identity and ages.

There is no commitment to enter into therapy with me and you are welcome to check in and use an introductory appointment to just have a chat about what might be helpful for you. The most important thing is that you find a counsellor you like and feel comfortable with, as the relationship between counsellor and client is key to the therapeutic work.
