I am currently accepting new clients and have appointment times available on weekdays before 6pm - in person or online. 

I offer a free introductory session (30 mins) for us to assess together whether I'm the right fit for you and vice versa.  

About me and my therapy practice

As an integrated coach-therapist and a specialist in building resilience, I offer something a little bit different to traditional coaching or counselling. 

Making positive and sustainable changes can be hard and I believe that by combining the future-focused and goal-oriented aspects of coaching with the deeper insights and understanding facilitated by psychotherapy, we're more likely to be successful in making and maintaining changes.

A helpful way of thinking about it is this: you wouldn't build a house without checking that the foundations are solid first.  By combining coaching and counselling, we're able to do both in our work together.

Practice description

Based just outside of Market Harborough, I provide a safe and confidential space (whether that be in person or online) to explore your worries and to find a positive way forward.

In addition to integrating coaching, I also bring an appreciation of a variety of different counselling approaches to my work and together, we might explore how our childhood experiences shape the way we see and live in the world today, in order to aid healing.  

My first session

Our first session will last for 30 minutes and is free of charge.  I am keen to learn what you're hoping to achieve in our work together and I think it's also important to explain how I work.  In particular, we'll be able to get a sense of each other to decide if we're the right fit.  

Thereafter, session frequency is mutually-agreed.  Usually we meet weekly to begin with, but the sessions may become more spaced out over time.
