About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor and registered with the BACP.

I am professional open and honest with the ability to offer you a safe, non-judgemental counselling service.

Practice description

Counselling really does change lives, I work empathically and I am passionate about supporting people in this way. Working as an integrative therapist means that I draw on a number of therapeutic approaches which enables me to tailor the therapy to your individual needs. I have assisted many clients to make positive changes to their lives. My experience is extensive having worked in a medical setting and in the community for many years.

My first session

I believe each person is unique and that the therapeutic relationship is vital to the success of therapy. That is why it is very important to find the right counsellor. Making the first step can be the hardest therefore I offer a free initial telephone consultation so you can decide if I am the right counsellor for you.
