About me and my therapy practice
Hello, my name is Rebecca. Thank-you for considering me to be your therapist. I work with both individuals and couples. I am a registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Couples therapist. I have a Masters in Existential Counselling and Psychotherapy from The New School of Psychotherapy and Middlesex University.
Everyone will at some point face issues or problems in their lives. You may be able to identify what these are, or perhaps you might simply have a sense of not feeling good, or of something not feeling quite right.
I provide a non-judgemental, caring and supportive environment in which I will listen to the details of your lived experience. Together, we will begin to understand more about what it means to be you through our conversations. My aim is to help you make sense of what is happening so that you are better equipped to fulfil your potential and live a meaningful life.
Please contact me to arrange a free 20 minute phone call in order for me to understand more about the reasons you are seeking therapy and whether we would be suited to work together.
