About me and my therapy practice
Thank you for considering me as your therapist. I hope the text below will provide an overview of the necessary information, but please feel free to contact me if you have any initial queries or concerns.
I work individually with people of all ages, cultural backgrounds and sexualities. Many of the people I have worked with have struggled with anxiety, depression, addiction, have experienced problems in their relationships (personal, familial, and professional) or with regard to life itself and the struggle to fulfil one’s potential.
I do not label, categorise or diagnose you. Rather, I am interested in exploring what it means to be you and what specifically is causing you distress at this time. I provide a non-judgemental, caring and supportive environment in which you can share details of your lived experience.
I will help you identify patterns in your relationships and your behaviours which may be causing you trouble. My aim is to help you make sense of your experiences, with the purpose of developing greater self-awareness so that you are better equipped in coping with life’s inevitable struggles.
