I realise that choosing a therapist can be challenging and overwhelming, and I appreciate you taking the time to read my page.
I am a “Integrative, Rewind therapist” who offers sessions of varying lengths to meet her clients needs. Whether you're looking for one session therapy or a more in-depth exploration of your mental health, I am here to support you. My approach combines evidence-based techniques with a focus on psycho education and wellness, I can help you work through life's challenges and find greater balance and peace of mind.
As a therapist, I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals and improve their mental health. With a personalised approach tailored to each individual's needs, I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment where my clients can feel heard and supported.
I respect the individuality of the client, irrespective of gender, race, religion, age, culture or sex.
I provide a warm, caring, non-judgmental, safe space where confidentiality and privacy are assured. I hold the clients at the heart of my sessions. At the end of our time together, my clients report feeling ‘empowered’.
My expertise includes working with individuals and couples of all ages on a wide range of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship dynamics. Through evidence-based techniques and a collaborative approach, I work with my clients to find solutions and foster long-lasting change.
Whether it's historical experiences or current issues. I am experienced in working with both childhood issues and the present moment. Whether it's exploring your early attachment or reframing what we have learned, I can assist you in exploring what's best for you.
Practice description
Sessions last 50 minutes and are usually weekly. I understand that times are challenging and that financial questions are common, contact me to discuss concessions.
I am currently offering:
Online £50.00 via phone, or video calls sessions.g. Zoom. If you would like to talk, I offer a 15 minute free call please contact me you will find I have a good listening ear.
Face to Face at £60.00
Couples Face to Face or online £80.00
I have a full enhanced DBS registration. I am in regular supervision and am fully insured.
My first session
In our first session, I will do my best to ensure you feel relaxed and at ease. The session will include a discussion on documents and information gathering about why you are requesting counselling. I will take details that help define our working agreement and explain what confidentiality is all about. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, discuss key issues you would like to address with respect to counselling, and set goals. The first session is a mutual assessment and we both decide if we can work together to create a therapeutic connection which can take up to 3 sessions.
Couples therapy I will ask you to complete a assessment before our first session.
Sometimes we are unable to connection if that happens, it is normal and we can discuss this during the session or later.

I have extensive experienced working in schools holding the position as Lead Counsellor, in Primary, and Secondary PRU.
My neurodiverseity may prevent me from excelling in grammar and spelling, but I am skilled at collaborating and building connections. For the past 5 years , I have been successfully managing my private practice in London.
I work Personal centred, Psychodynamic, CBT and T.A along with other models
Practice description
Supervision works best when it's collaborative.
I provide a safe welcoming, warm, confidential "holding" supervision service, whereby honesty and openness are an are an integral part of our working together. I work in an integrative way using person- centred, psychodynamic TA and CBT models. I work face to face and online via zoom. If you have an interest in working with me and want to learn more, please reach out to me.
I also offer coaching in setting up in private practice. This can either be done alongside supervision or separate to it.
My first session
The initial session will be centred on building a rapport and getting to know one another, by establishing supervisory needs, including a summary of counselling alliance, specialisms and compatibility.
