I am available for in-person sessions in Lombard House in Canterbury on Fridays from 9 until 7 and in Herne Bay on Wednesdays 9 until 6 although I am able to be flexible if those days don't suit you.
If you prefer online sessions I can be more flexible throughout the week.
About me and my therapy practiceHi, thank you for looking at my profile. I am an Accredited Counsellor and work from Herne Bay and Canterbury with individuals on either long or short term basis. I am happy to work in-person or online.
I work with young people and adults using an integrative approach using person centred, transactional analysis and polyvagal theory and EMDR. I work with people who have experienced depression, trauma, historic or recent sexual abuse, anxiety, panic attacks, flashbacks, confidence issues, low moods or feelings of loss or being stuck.
I offer a safe, non judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings and help you to find ways to improve your self beliefs, happiness and wellbeing.
It can feel scary to make that next step which is why I offer a free 30 minute session by phone or online; that way you get to meet me and see if you feel we could work together.
I usually see people on a weekly basis from six weeks or several years.
