About me and my therapy practice

As a qualified Counsellor, my therapy sessions are centred around you. My mission is to give you a confidential space where you feel heard, validated, empowered. To support your well-being and create a space for positive change, at your pace, in your way.

Research shows that truly listening to clients and understanding each unique perspective, without judgement can lead to increased self-esteem and self-worth, self-directed change and an increased sense of well-being.

My approach is Person-centred at its core, integrated with Gestalt and Psychosynthesis.

Being person-centred means I offer a non-judgemental, non-directive but empathic and supportive space for my clients to explore the thoughts and feelings they would like to.

I believe building a trusting therapeutic relationship enables clients to explore the issues they choose and find clarity and resolve that they may need.

I have experience working with anxiety, depression, life-altering or life-limiting illnesses, neurodivergence, personality disorders, trauma, sexual abuse, relationship issues, self-esteem and self-worth issues, bereavement and living grief as well as a whole range of other experiences that life may bring.

I hold a current Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate (DBS).
