About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified counsellor based in Broadstairs, working one to one with adults either on a short-term or long-term basis.
Counselling provides a place where you can explore your thoughts and feelings in a confidential and supportive environment. As an integrative counsellor, I provide counselling which is based on psychodynamic and person-centred theories. At the core of my therapeutic work, is the belief that with the right support, we are better equipped to overcome difficulties, to manage loss and make positive changes. Together we can explore any of the concerns that you may be experiencing, to enable you to lead a more fulfilling life.
Taking that first step towards talking to a trained professional about your problems, can often be a daunting one. Please feel free to call me or email me if you have any specific questions about the way I work and/or general counselling queries.
I have broad experience of working with a range of issues including abuse, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, gender confusion and self-harm.
