About me and my therapy practice
My work with adults and young people over the years, has shown me that no two individuals' circumstances or experiences are the same, and so each therapeutic relationship will be different too. I offer a truly 'person-centred' approach, tailored to you and your situation. Please do get in touch.
Practice description
I believe that the best therapy comes from the best relationships and it is my aim to be relatable, honest and transparent at all stages of our work together. I offer sessions of 60 minutes weekly or fortnightly to suit your situation and for as long as they are needed.
I work from accessible rooms in central Norwich or in the South Norfolk countryside. Where online sessions are preferable for you, I can offer them via a secure platform.
My first session
It can be daunting to come to counselling and I understand that. Our first session will move at a gentle pace, to enable you to feel comfortable and so that you can decide if you would like to work with me. There is no obligation to continue, but I hope that we can.
I look forward to hearing from you.
