About me and my therapy practice
Making the first move to seek help can feel scary, especially when life feels so difficult.
Talking to me will help you gain control of your thoughts and emotions so that your life no longer feels so overwhelming and unbearable.
I have a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and am studying for a Diploma in Attachment too.
My practice is run from in a lovely, accessible room in Lytham, Monday - Friday until 6pm. Outside of this, I can offer counselling at an alternative location and I also offer online counselling to suit your availability. Parking is freely available at both locations.
Practice description
The most important part of counselling is the relationship. It’s important that you feel you can trust me and know I will never judge you, criticise or shame you. If you choose to work with me, you will be accepted unconditionally and completely.
My counselling practice is called Your Feelings Matter. I truly believe your feelings matter.
My first session
In our first session I will explain what I can and cannot do, get an understanding of what has brought you to counselling, and what you want to achieve and find out a little more about you. I will move at your pace. I will never force you to talk or disclose information to me. You are in control.
