About me and my therapy practice
Life can at times be unpredictable, leaving us feeling anxious, confused and alone with our worries.
Talking to family and friends can be tricky, as we don’t want to burden others or worry we may be judged.
Without someone to talk to, it’s hard to break out of negative patterns of thought and this can negatively effect our behaviour.
If this sounds like you, then I’m ready to help.
I provide a safe and non-judgemental environment, where we can work together to help you find clarity and solutions to the things bothering you.
I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, with accredited membership of the National Counselling Society (MNCS) and Registered Membership of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).
I work with adults of all ages, with a range of issues including stress, anxiety, bereavement and loss, depression, family issues and relationship problems.
I offer short and long term counselling, with the flexibility of daytime or some evening and weekend appointments (Saturday until 2 pm).
I work using the Person Centred Approach, but can draw on other skills such as CBT and psychoanalysis, taking the approach that is most beneficial to the client at that time.
Creating a positive and accepting environment will allow you to find new perspective to your problems.
Seeing things in a more balanced way will allow you to create positive change, to find resolutions to the challenges facing you.
This will allow you to become the best version of yourself in your life, at work and with friends and loved ones.
