About me and my therapy practice

I offer a safe, confidential relationship with space for you to explore anything you wish, at your own pace, without judgement, where healing is given the chance to flourish.

I hold a degree in Psychology and a level 4 Diploma in Theraputic Counselling as well as having training in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).

My first session

I offer a free 30min phone consultation to make sure I'm what you're looking for and to decide how we want to work together.
