About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes, life events can make us feel overwhelmed, anxious, and depressed; and the hectic pace of our lives can leave us little time and space to process what has happened. This, in the long-term, can make us feel worse. I am here to help you to explore your thoughts and feelings in relation to your current or past situations. This exploration can provide clarity about the root of your feelings, and through this clarity, positive changes can occur.
As a person-centred counsellor, I respect and value each person as a unique individual, and I work in a way which is non-directive, allowing the client to take the lead. I provide a safe, trusting counselling relationship, in which you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement. I'm a warm and empathic person, who is committed to making your well-being my primary concern.
