Maybe you're thinking about counselling because you're struggling with difficult life events, sadness, anxiety or overwhelming feelings? Or perhaps you just have a sense that there must be more to life than this?

I offer a warm and accepting space in which to make sense of your emotions and experiences and find a way forward to a calmer, more fulfilling way of living.

I am a qualified and registered counsellor with many years’ experience of working with people experiencing difficulties in their lives. This includes working for two leading local counselling organisations and as a counsellor and a mental health practitioner within the NHS. 

I work with people who are looking for a few sessions simply to develop better strategies for living, as well as with people who are seeking longer-term therapy to tackle deep psychological issues or work on their personal development. I also work with trainee counsellors. 

I have been awarded accreditation by the BACP - a status reserved for therapists who have demonstrated higher levels of experience and skill.

I have counselling rooms in Newcastle-under Lyme and South Cheshire.

I have worked for two leading counselling voluntary sector organisations and as a counsellor for the NHS. 

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology, Keele University

• Certificate in Counselling, Keele University

• NLP Practitioner/Timeline Therapy, qualitycultureuk

Fees:

£50.00 for an hour 

I am happy to discuss reduced fees, including for students, depending on circumstances
