About me and my therapy practice

I first realised I wanted to be in a helping role when I volunteered at MIND several years ago. I felt an enormous amount of pleasure from working with clients and seeing them progress through the process of therapy.  I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental service, allowing you to share your experiences and explore your issues in a confidential environment.

Together we will build a therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable and safe enough to share your experiences and difficulties with me.  Together we will work through your thoughts and feelings and through our counselling sessions you will be provided with the opportunity to gain the tools you may need to move towards change.

I am aware of the constant pressures in life that are put on all of us and I have a strong passion to empower others to recognise their worth and encourage growth.

I hope this website has given you a sense of what I can offer, but please do feel free to contact me for a chat on 07756 696247 if you wish to discuss anything further, or email me.
