About me and my therapy practice
A new year and a great opportunity for change. I know it can be scary to take that first step to make an appointment. I am offering a half price first session with no obligation to continue. Invest in yourself because you are worth it.
No-one should have to face problems alone and I would like to help you gain the tools you need to make any necessary changes to enable you to live a more fulfilling life.
Within my work I cover a range of issues including Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Low Self-esteem/Low Confidence.
Beginning therapy can be a big step towards being the healthiest version of yourself and living the best life possible. No matter what challenges you may be facing, through therapy you can change self-destructive behaviours and habits, resolve painful feelings, improve your relationships and more.
Together we will build a therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable and safe enough to explore your experiences and difficulties with me, in a confidential, non-judgemental environment.
We will work through your thoughts and feelings and through our counselling sessions you will be provided with the opportunity to gain the tools you need to encourage growth and move towards change.

My first session
The individual therapeutic session is a maximum of 50 minutes and the couples counselling sessions are 1 hour long.
We will complete a Therapeutic Assessment to establish what your concerns are and see how best I can help you.
