About me and my therapy practice
As an integrative therapist I seek to understand each individual to find the best way I can support them therapeutically. I aim to help my clients to uncover strengths and learn new skills as they build further inner and outer resources that enable them to deal with life challenges. For me the most exciting part of my work is seeing my clients developing a better relationship with themselves, recognising their capabilities to live an easier and freer life as they are able to integrate their feelings and actions, which they didn’t think was possible before.
I particularly value working with people going through transitional phases or who have a feeling of being stuck or overwhelmed or are facing the need to re-evaluate and make new sense of their lives and relationships.
I see my clients in Queen’s Park, Battersea and Brixton/Herne Hill. I work with individuals on a short and long-term basis, one-to-one and over Skype.
My integrated model is relational that builds on attachment theory, neuroscience and body psychotherapy.
