I currently only work online. I see clients on:
- Monday and Tuesday mornings and evenings.
- Wednesday afternoons and evenings.

Counselling sessions usually last 50 minutes and are held weekly.
If you would like more flexibility, 30 mins or 75 mins sessions are available, as well as more flexible scheduling (e.g. for shift work). Please get in touch so we can discuss this.
About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling isolated and lonely in your life right now?
Do you feel frustrated and hurt that no-one really hears you or sees you?
Sometimes in life it can feel like we are in a bubble, on the outside looking in. It may feel like you are standing still in time, whilst everyone around you seems busy getting on with their lives.
This may leave you feeling afraid and that the world feels cold and uncaring.
If this is your experience, we can work through these feelings together.
I am fully qualified to work with young people (between the ages 16-25 years) and adults. I have experience working with a wide range of issues including bereavement and have also worked as a school counsellor.
If you work with me, I will be your companion within your challenges.
I will provide you with a confidential and safe space where, at your pace, we can slowly unravel what is troubling you in your life right now together. I will hear you, see you and respect you for who you truly are, so that you can feel more content and re-connect with life again.
Often our relationships with others can be difficult and talking things through, in a space free from judgement, may support you to feel lighter and to help release what may be weighing you down right now.
Our sessions will give you the freedom to gain a clearer view of yourself, embrace all that you are and harness your inner resources.
