About me and my therapy practice

Why choose therapy with me?

I am an experienced psychotherapist working with individuals privately and at The School of Life in central London. I also have experience working with women’s support groups for the NHS.

I draw from a range of psychotherapy models to create an approach that's tailored to each client and the areas you want to explore. No two people are the same, so no two styles of therapy should be the same, either. I believe you have all the answers and resources within you – my job as a therapist is to help bring these to light.

I make sure I’m up to date with the latest developments in psychotherapy and am committed to continual professional training. As part of this, I’m currently conducting a research project on the role of the father and the effects of paternal absence following divorce or separation.

How do I work?

We can focus on a particular issue in detail, or take a broader view of you and your life so far. You can choose to work on a long-term basis or decide on a fixed number of sessions up front.

How much and current availability?

Please contact me directly to discuss fees. I currently have availability on Tuesdays.
