About me and my therapy practice
Why choose therapy with me?
I draw from a range of psychotherapy models to create an approach that's tailored to you and the areas you want to explore. No two people are the same, so no two styles of therapy should be the same, either. I believe you have all the answers and resources within you – my job as a therapist is to help bring these to light.
I make sure I’m up to date with the latest developments in psychotherapy and am committed to continual professional training. As part of this, I’m currently conducting a research project on the effects of paternal absence.
How do I work?
We can focus on a particular issue in detail, or take a broader view of you and your life so far. You can choose to work on a long-term basis or decide on a fixed number of sessions up front.
How much and current availability?
Each session is £80 and lasts 50 minutes. I can offer early morning sessions to fit around the working day.
