COVID-19 update: I currently offer online therapy to clients who wish to socially distance or prefer the convenience of meeting online. If you would like an initial consultation to see if online will work for you, please do get in touch.
About me and my therapy practice
Why choose therapy with me?
I draw from a range of psychotherapy models to create an approach that's tailored to each client and the areas you want to explore. No two people are the same, so no two styles of therapy should be the same, either. I believe you have all the answers and resources within you – my job is to help bring these to light.
I make sure I’m up to date with the latest developments in psychotherapy and am committed to continual professional training. As part of this, my most recent research explored the lived experience of paternal absence following parental divorce/separation.
How much and availability?
Please contact me directly to discuss fees. I currently have availability on Mondays and Tuesdays from October.
