I currently offer therapy sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Sessions are available face-to-face at The Rutland Therapy Centre in Oakham, or online via secure video call for clients across the UK and internationally.

Alongside ongoing psychotherapy, I also offer Autism & ADHD consultations. These are structured two-hour sessions designed for adults who are exploring whether their experiences may relate to neurodivergence, or who would like a deeper understanding of their existing diagnosis.

Consultations are offered online only.

Please feel free to contact me to enquire about current availability or upcoming consultation appointments.

About me and my therapy practice

About Me

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist specialising in neurodivergence and trauma. I work primarily with adults who are autistic, ADHD, exploring a possible diagnosis, or navigating the impact of developmental or relational trauma.

Many of the people I work with have spent years sensing that something about their experience of the world is different, but without having the language to fully understand why. Others come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves and their relationships.

I have over 15 years of both personal and professional experience working within the field of neurodivergence. This informs the way I approach therapy, helping me to recognise the complex ways neurodivergence, trauma and attachment experiences can interact over time.

My aim is to offer a calm, reflective space where we can explore these patterns together at a pace that feels thoughtful and contained.

Practice description

Practice Description

As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I draw from relational, developmental, trauma-informed and neurodivergence-informed frameworks. Rather than following a single model, therapy is shaped by the relationship we build and by what feels most helpful for you.

In our work together we may explore areas such as:

• nervous system regulation

• masking and burnout

• attachment patterns

• relational dynamics

• emotional processing

• how earlier life experiences may still be shaping the present

Therapy with me is collaborative and reflective. I work best with clients who are open to exploring patterns over time and who are willing to engage honestly in the process, including moments of challenge or repair.

Alongside psychotherapy, I also offer Autism & ADHD consultations. These structured sessions can help individuals better understand their neurodivergent traits, sensory profile, communication patterns and nervous system responses.

These consultations are not diagnostic assessments, but they can support people in developing clearer language for their experiences and may help when preparing for conversations with their GP about formal assessment pathways.

My first session

First Session

It is completely normal to feel uncertain before starting therapy. My aim is to make the process as clear and transparent as possible from the beginning.

The first session is a 50-minute pre-therapy assessment. During this session we will explore what has brought you to therapy, relevant mental health history, previous therapy experiences and what you hope to gain from the process.

This session also gives us the opportunity to consider whether we feel like a good fit for working together and whether my approach feels right for you.

If you are enquiring about an Autism & ADHD consultation, I will ask you to complete a short pre-consultation questionnaire before the appointment. This allows the session to be shaped around your individual experiences and areas of curiosity.

Following consultations that include a written clinical summary, this is usually provided within 5–10 working days.

If you are unsure where to begin, you are welcome to reach out with questions before deciding whether therapy or a consultation feels right for you.
