About me and my therapy practice
As an experienced person centred counsellor, I can offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement or pressure. A space where you are free to be yourself.
Therapy can be on a long or short term basis, depending on the needs of the individual. So whether you would like to focus on something specific that may be holding you back, or have time to unpick something of a more complex nature, I would be alongside to support you in your process.
Normally face to face sessions would take place in comfortable surroundings close to Paisley town centre, with access to a free car park, however due to current government restrictions, I am offering sessions via telephone, video call or online.
My first session
A first session would typically last around 20 - 30 minutes and would offer the opportunity to discuss what you are looking to use the therapy for, think about what you want to get out of it, to ask any questions that may arise for you and to hopefully put you at ease and give a feel for what further sessions will be like. There is no charge for this initial session.
