About me and my therapy practice
I work both face to face and online as appropriate.
Counselling provides an unique non judgemental opportunity to explore issues which have been or are affecting you in a safe and confidential space.
I became a qualified Counsellor in 2016, I have BA (Hons) in Integrative Counselling, a Diploma in Counselling Young People, a Diploma in Supervision and have recently completed training on working with couples.
Like many Counsellors I started my training after experiencing counselling myself.
In the last few years, I have worked both in private practice, in a school and within the voluntary sector.
