About me and my therapy practice

I am fully qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, working with adult clients (16yrs+) around Surrey, Sussex, Gatwick and the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark). My education includes a Bachelor's degree in Communications, and a Master's degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Integrative psychotherapy means I combine a range of techniques and psychological theories, based on the unique needs of my clients. This includes exploring feelings, thoughts, behaviour patterns and relevant childhood experiences. I work together with my clients, to reach whatever goals you set yourself, helping you feel happier and healthier.

I am registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and have experience working with a range of issues including: anxiety and depression, trauma, LGBTQ+ and gender, relationships, abuse, addiction, eating disorders, phobias, loss and bereavement.

Prior to my therapeutic training, I was a full-time elite athlete and worked for many years in the charitable sector, in youth sport engagement. I bring all my life experiences to my current psychotherapeutic practice.
