About me and my therapy practice
During our lives, we all experience challenges. Having someone to talk to during those times, can help us to explore our concerns, make sense of our emotions and reconnect with ourselves.
I am a warm and compassionate Counsellor, invested in helping you to recover your resilience, your confidence, and heal in a safe and supported environment.
I work with a combination of therapeutic counselling & coaching approaches which means that I will tailor the work to suit your individual needs.
I have significant experience in working successfully with clients in areas including; abuse, trauma, PTSD, bereavement, baby loss, low self esteem, assertiveness & boundaries, anxiety, burnout and supporting survivors of sexual violence.
Individual Counselling (Adults 18+)
I offer a free 30 minute telephone consultation to discuss your needs, what you hope to gain from counselling and how we may be able to work together.
Counselling Sessions cost £50.00 and last for 50 minutes. Payment is required by bank transfer.
Concessions - I have a limited number of reduced rate spaces. Please ask for information.
Practice description
Remote Working - I offer telephone and zoom online sessions.
Remote counselling sessions can be a great way to engage in counselling. It is as effective as face to face working and offers you the ability to undertake sessions in the comfort of your own home, avoiding the additional cost and time needed for travel.
Video counselling sessions are fully encrypted on Zoom, which means our meetings are safe and secure online. All you will need is a device to click on the Zoom link which will be provided via email - this can be a smartphone, a tablet, a laptop or pc - and a private space where you will not be disturbed.
At present, I only have daytime appointments to offer counselling clients.
If you would like more information, please contact me (please check your spam/junk file for my email reply). Thank you.

About me and my therapy practice
I understand that having the right supervisor can significantly impact your confidence, practice and progression as a Therapist. I work supportively, reflectively and with challenge where needed/wanted, with the aim of empowering my supervisees to maintain ethical standards, explore case material, grow as a professional and celebrate good practice.
As an integratively trained therapist, I am able to draw upon a variety of theories to suit the needs of my clients. And just like my therapeutic approach, I work integratively as a Supervisor too, working with relational, developmental, coaching and systemic supervision models to inform my process and support my supervisees appropriately.
I am an experienced and accredited Supervisor, providing group and individual clinical supervision to counsellors in training, newly qualified therapists, experienced practitioners and fellow supervisors, trained in a variety of modalities and working in a wide range of settings.
