About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I love helping people to help themselves through difficult times. Relationships, abuse, shame, low self-worth and anxiety.
It can be hard to make the first move in seeking help but remember you have got this far and it will get easier. I can work with you and support your journey.
I am working online via zoom or over the telephone.
I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Supervisor with an integrative approach and gained my accreditation with the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) in 2012.
I also offer Life Coaching, NLP & Clinical hypnotherapy.
My principles & ethics are based on the guidelines & code of conduct offered inline with the BACP. I am happy to offer a consultation so we can discuss what you may want from counselling in a safe and private setting based online. I offer appointments during the day and some evenings.
